To facilitate safe Escrow transactions, we collect information you provide directly to us. This includes contact details (WhatsApp number, email), payment information (UPI ID/Bank Details), and KYC Documents (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport). KYC is strictly required for high-value transactions to prevent money laundering and cyber fraud.

2. How We Use & Protect Your Information

Your KYC data is securely stored and is used exclusively for verifying your identity during an Escrow transaction. We implement strict, industry-standard security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We do not sell your data to any third-party marketing agencies.

3. Sharing with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA)

We have a Zero-Tolerance policy for cyber fraud. If a transaction is reported as fraudulent, or if we receive a legal notice/subpoena from Police, Cyber Cell, or the RBI regarding stolen funds or money laundering, we will fully cooperate and share all collected IP addresses, chat logs, and KYC data with the respective Law Enforcement Agencies.

4. Third-Party Platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

Our website facilitates the transfer of assets built on third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, AdSense). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their independent privacy statements or Terms of Service. Users are advised to review the respective policies of these platforms.
