1. Escrow Service & Platform Liability

AccountsKart acts purely as an independent Escrow and Brokerage Service. We facilitate the secure exchange of funds and digital assets between buyers and sellers. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, or any other third-party platform. Buying, selling, or transferring accounts may violate the independent Terms of Service (TOS) of these respective platforms. Users assume 100% of the risk related to platform bans, strikes, or suspensions post-transfer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. KYC & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

To prevent cyber fraud and money laundering, AccountsKart enforces strict KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines. For high-value transactions, buyers and sellers MUST provide valid Government ID (Aadhaar/PAN) and Bank Account verification. We reserve the right to freeze Escrow funds and report suspicious transactions to Law Enforcement Agencies (Cyber Cell/RBI) if fraudulent funds or stolen money is suspected.

3. Buyer Responsibilities & Inspection Period

Buyers are granted a strict 24-Hour Inspection Period during the transfer phase. Buyers must verify the asset (subscribers, monetization status, strikes, organic reach) fully within this window. Once primary ownership is accepted and confirmed, the Escrow funds will be immediately released to the seller, and the transaction is considered final.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must provide 100% accurate information. Misleading buyers regarding strikes, bot followers, or fake revenue will result in an immediate ban, Escrow cancellation, and potential legal action. Sellers must hand over complete access (including recovery emails if applicable) as guided by the Admin.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises (e.g., Seller recovers the account after payment, or Buyer refuses to release funds despite getting access), our Admin team will review chat logs, transfer history, and login activity. Our decision will be final and binding. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where RKG Media Network is registered.
